RICKI was President of her own business where she excels in the printing industry. She created her own company, taking it to multi-million dollar status by dedicating herself to knowing the needs of her many clients and making sure they were met. Then she got Sox, her beautiful boxer, and her desire to succeed merged with the aspect of fun and challenge that he brought to her.
Sunny days at the beach saw Ricki thinking of the possibility of a new business she could create, and take to the world. Many evenings and afternoons, both with her dog and without, she made notes and plans. All the long walks and planning paid off. SOX is the ArfDog inspiration and mascot. He is a magnificent four year-old, tawny and white male boxer who makes his presence known. He is always in the ArfDog office and makes sure we all keep him aware of our new gift box ideas and ArfDog Collection selections. He has impeccable taste and models all the beautiful leather collars and leashes as well as the dog clothes that we choose. He has the final word on what gifts and dog accessories we feature and thinks that we names our Gift "Boxes" after him and his breed. Who knows? Maybe he is right.
Sox makes his home with Ricki and has been privileged to be a beach dog all his life. When he first saw his home he couldn't believe his good luck...a place right on the ocean!!!! How could one guy be so lucky? He has been able to run on the sand, pounce in the dunes and splash at the water's edge. He enjoys the sound of the surf from his balcony and thrives on the salty sea air.
Coming from a breed known for strength, loyalty and courage, he has carved a firm place in ArfDog's world...even in the sand!
